This extra virgin olive oil is characterised by its fruity flavour with a light touch of artichoke and is produced from olives of the "verdese" variety.

The balance between its spicy and bitter flavours, makes this olive oil particularly suitable on soups, bruschette, salads and grilled meat or fish.

We have bottled it just over the last two years, and it has already received international awards and excellent reviews on the press.

It is an olive oil of superior quality made directly from olives and using exclusively mechanical processes.
