The Bufalefi D.O.P extra virgin olive oil from the Val Tellaro area, characterised by its fruity and slightly herby flavours, is produced from olives of the "moresca" variety. Its slightly spicy taste, makes it particularly suitable on soups, bruschette, salads and grilled meat or fish. It is an olive oil of superior quality made directly from olives and using exclusively mechanical processes.

This product is guaranteed by the Italian Ministry of Agricultural Policy based on article 10 of CEE 2081/92.
